Booking a cleaner means letting a stranger into your home. This page is our answer to that — who we are, how we hire, and what we will and will not do.
What we do
We clean homes and offices across the UAE — one-off deep cleans, regular weekly and fortnightly visits, and the move-in and move-out cleans that landlords and agents ask for.
We are set up to be easy to deal with. You tell us about the space, we send a written quotation, and nothing starts until you approve it. There is no subscription to cancel: pay by card when you book online, or settle after the work is done, and a regular schedule stops the moment you say so.
Most of our work comes from customers who booked one clean and stayed. That is the whole business plan, and it is why the section below matters more than anything else on this page.

Who comes to your home
The question behind every booking. Here is the full answer, including the parts most companies leave out.
Checked before they start
Every cleaner is interviewed in person and identity-checked before their first job. We do not subcontract your booking to whoever happens to be free that day.
Working from a written checklist
New staff work alongside a supervisor before they work alone, and every visit follows the same room-by-room checklist — so the result does not depend on who turned up.
Insured, and accountable to the office
Our staff are insured while they are in your property. If something goes wrong you deal with the office, not with the cleaner standing in front of you.
The same faces where we can
On a regular schedule we send you the same team. They learn your home — which cupboard, which floor cleaner, which door sticks — and you stop having to explain it.
What we will not do
Worth saying plainly, because finding out on the day helps nobody. A standard clean does not cover these, though we can often quote for them separately.
- Move heavy furniture or appliances
- Clean exterior windows above ground level
- Pest control, mould treatment or biohazard work
- Clear construction debris or remove rubbish in bulk
- Laundry, ironing or cooking on a cleaning visit
