Privacy Policy

We ask for what a cleaning job actually needs, and not much else.

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• The address we are cleaning, and details about it — property type, bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate size.
• What you booked: the service or package, your preferred date and time slot, and any notes you send with it.
• Anything you write in the contact form, or tell us on the phone or on WhatsApp.
• The language you chose on this website.

We take no payment on this website, so we never collect or store card numbers, bank details, or any payment credentials at all.

Every item above is used for one of five things:

• Preparing and sending your quotation.
• Scheduling the visit, and telling the crew where to go and what to do.
• Contacting you about your booking — to confirm it, to reschedule, or if the crew cannot get in.
• Issuing an invoice and keeping the tax records UAE law requires us to keep.
• Answering the questions you send us.

We do not use your details to advertise to you unless you have asked us to keep you informed, and you can stop that at any time by replying to any message we send.

We handle personal data under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. In practice we rely on two grounds: performing the service you asked us for, and complying with the tax and accounting records we are required by law to keep.

Where we rely on your consent — for example, if you ask to be kept informed about offers — you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawing it does not affect a clean you have already booked.

A short list, and nobody outside it:

• The cleaning crew assigned to your job. They see your name, address, access instructions and what needs doing — not your email address, and not your other bookings.
• Our email provider, which delivers your quotation and booking confirmations.
• Our hosting and database provider, which stores this website and our records.
• Our accountant and the UAE Federal Tax Authority, for invoices and VAT records.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not trade it, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Booking records and invoices are kept for five years from the end of the tax period they belong to, because UAE VAT law requires it.

An enquiry that never became a booking is kept for up to twelve months, then deleted.

If you ask us to delete your details we delete everything we are not legally required to keep, and we tell you what is left and why.

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete your details, subject to the records we are required to keep.
• Stop using your details for anything beyond a booking you have already made.
• Send you a copy of your data in a readable format.

Email us and we will answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the UAE Data Office.

This website sets two cookies, and neither of them tracks you:

• A language cookie, set when you switch between English and Arabic, so the site opens in the language you chose.
• A sign-in cookie, used only by our own staff when they log in to the admin panel.

There are no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, and no analytics that identify you personally.

Our records sit in a hosted database that only signed-in staff can reach, and each member of staff sees only what their role needs. Access is removed the day someone leaves.

No system is perfect. If a breach ever affects your personal data we will tell you, and notify the UAE Data Office, as the law requires.

If we change how we handle your data we will update this page and change the date at the top of it. Where the change is significant we will also email customers with an active booking.
